Space Availability - Downcity Study Rooms

Study rooms are only available to current JWU students, staff, or faculty
***The library closes on time. Please plan accordingly and follow library staff directions as closing time approaches.***

The Library is a quiet academic space. Study rooms are not soundproof. 

• Maximum capacity: 6 people / 6 chairs per room
• Booking duration: up to 2 hours per day (each block is 30 minutes)
• Users should not make back-to-back reservations in an effort to monopolize available rooms and keep other users waiting
• Reservations are forfeited after 15 minutes if the reservation holder does not show up and canceled by library staff as needed
• Dry erase markers, erasers, and HDMI cables can be borrowed from the Service desk (JWU ID requried)
